Before I write something about anything I would like to thank my friend for telling me the meaning of the word INFATUATION, it was more like introducing me to the word. Now I know I've had many infatuations all thanks to her. For those who don't know the meaning of infatuation, it's like liking a person when he/she is infront of you or you are talking to them but when you aren't talking you don't feel that way about that person. So now that you know what infatuation is, you people can differentiate between your crushes and infatuations.
LOVE, that's a very intriguing thing. Everyone wants to know what love is and who their love is or more like who is your True Love? Everyone wants to have a nice story to tell to their children and grandchildren. Everyone wants THE ONE for them. But here's the rub, how will you tell if he/she is THE ONE? Is it the one you're constantly thinking about or the one you feel shy around or is it the one around whom you act foolishly? Now I'm no expert on LOVE but I know that this all feels a bit FILMY and believe me I've had my share of experiences with 'filmy' people and it wasn't pretty. I believe in love at first sight but I also believe that it's not always the case and you can fall for someone over time but then love at first sight also feels kind of filmy. Falling for someone just at the very first sight isn't a very convincing idea, I guess you develop a liking for that person but love at first sight seems kind of impossible or it could just be an infatuation.
A story, that's what most of us want and a very good one at that, like something to tell the kids about when you run out of bedtime stories to tell to them. These stories really fascinate me although I've never heard any or seen any, just imagined how they would be by taking ideas from the movies. The one I liked the most was Chetan Bhagat's love story. The story of two people falling in love knowing that their parents won't approve of it and then convincing each other's parents is really amazing. Love triangles are fancy too, like in Twilight. Triangles can be a little confusing but they are fun, not for the people actually in it.
Another kind of story I find really worth telling to someone is the story about Arranged Marriages. I don't discourage arranged marriages, well you must've got that idea by now; The single most interesting thing about arranged marriages is 'the decision that the person takes to spend the rest of his/her life with someone whom they have probably never met'. It's kind of a thrill actually, kind of like an adventure going to spend your life with a stranger. My friend said love and arranged marriages are the same it's just that, in love marriages, you make your decision based on what you know about the person in the time you've known him/her and in arranged marriage you get to know the person after you've taken the chance to spend the rest of your life with him/her. So I guess what he wanted to say was that in love marriages we make an educated guess if the person is THE ONE and in arranged marriage, well you just let others make guess; No offence to anyone.
Sometimes I get confused, if I want a love marriage, assuming that I actually get a girl, or do I want an arranged marriage. Maybe I should get married two times, that would make an amazing love story, actually that is a disastrous idea because then both the girls will be hunting me to take my head and hang it on the wall, yeah not the best idea. Well I am going to let the future decide, actually that's the only choice I have. I worry about thing that I shouldn't be worrying about I mean I'm too young to be thinking about this, right? but still I can't stop thinking. So now I'll stop boring you and end this post!
